Pick your day and arrival window
Choose one-time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service. We confirm the date, an arrival window and how we will get in (you home, lockbox, or key and alarm code).

Step 4
We clean to the checklist
A vetted, background-checked, insured team arrives with eco-friendly products and equipment. They work room by room, top to bottom, following the same detailed checklist every visit.

Final check and follow-up

How to prepare for your cleaning
A little preparation helps our team spend their time cleaning, not tidying.
- Put away valuables, cash and personal papers
- Pick up toys, clothes and clutter from floors and surfaces

How does Lakewood Clean & Care work?
You request a free estimate, we reply with a flat-rate quote, you choose a date, a vetted and insured team cleans your home with eco-friendly products, and we follow up to make sure you are happy. Payment is taken after the clean.
How long does it take to get a quote?
We usually reply within one business day, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Call us at +1 720-784-4270 if you need an answer sooner.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts. Recurring clients can adjust, pause or cancel their schedule, and we ask for 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on home size and condition. Your first cleaning takes longer because we reset the home to our standard. Later maintenance visits are faster.
What if I am not satisfied?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients are not home. You can use a lockbox or share a key and alarm code. Keys are individually coded and stored securely in our office.
Are your cleaners employees?
Our cleaners are vetted, background-checked and trained, and our team is fully insured. We try to send the same cleaners to your home each visit.
